Back in November, I made some mini apple pies when I was somehow left with an overabundance of apples after Noah's fall apple fundraiser for scouts. Well, I made some more but this time cut out the dough with a heart cookie cutter.

I packaged them with some leftover ribbon and gave them to a neighbor.

ReplyDeleteThese are so cute! I've seen them made with mini pie presses, but since I do not need one more gadget for my kitchen I just figured I couldn't make mini pies. I never thought about just using a cookie cutter!
